- What happens when I reach my submission limit?
- When you reach your monthly submission limit, new submissions will be queued but not processed until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle starts. We'll notify you before you hit your limit so you can upgrade if needed.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We're GDPR compliant and provide data export and deletion options. We never share your data with third parties.
